Sudha Boutique

Virtual try-on terms

What happens to your photo

When you use “Try it on” and add a photo, it is made smaller on your own device and saved by Sudha Boutique straight away, before you ask for a picture. When you press “Create my picture”, we send it with a photo of the piece to OpenArt, whose image model makes the picture of you wearing it, and show that picture straight back to you. Before that, OpenAI checks the photo is suitable. We also note what you do with it — whether you like it, save it or share it.

Who you are, and where you are

Before your first picture is made we ask for your email address and phone number (and your name, if you like). With each try-on we also record the internet (IP) address it came from, the country, region and city that address belongs to, and your browser. We keep these with the record of your try-on, for security and so we can show who used try-on and when. They are seen only by the shop's staff and are never shared or used for marketing unless you have separately signed up for it.

What we keep

We keep every photo you add — including one you never make a picture from — and every picture made, with a record of each step, for 30 days, so we can check that try-on works well and help if you ask about your picture. Only the shop's staff can see them; they are never shown on the website or shared. After 30 days they are deleted automatically.

OpenArt

OpenArt receives your photo only to make the picture. Your photo and the picture are also kept in Sudha Boutique's OpenArt account, which only the shop's staff can use; they are not shown on the website or shared, and deleting them from the shop does not remove that copy. OpenAI, which checks the photo first, does not use it to train its models and may keep it for up to 30 days to check for misuse.

What you agree to

The picture is a preview

It is made by AI to help you imagine the piece on you. Colours, size, drape and fit can look a little different in real life.

Your choices

To have your photo and picture deleted sooner, email nuralvisions@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp, and tell us roughly when you used try-on and which piece it was. You can also simply not use try-on: everything else in the shop works without it.
